Join Our Team
Provide A Ride is seeking organized, detail-oriented professionals to join our Scheduling Department as Transportation Scheduling Coordinators. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring members receive reliable, timely transportation to essential medical appointments by coordinating services with our transportation provider network.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate daily member transportation by working directly with our network of transportation providers to secure trip coverage.
  • Schedule non-emergency ambulance transportation for members requiring specialized services.
  • Monitor scheduled trips and work with transportation providers to resolve consistent no-shows and service concerns.
  • Verify long-distance transportation requests to ensure member eligibility and prevent unnecessary use of transportation resources.
  • Contact members to provide courtesy outreach and assist with scheduling recurring dialysis transportation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate trip scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate trip documentation and update scheduling systems as needed.
  • Prioritize urgent transportation needs while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while supporting members, transportation providers, healthcare facilities, and internal departments.
What You'll Bring
