As a Ride Attendant, you play an important role in creating a safe and enjoyable experience for guests. You are responsible for greeting guests, managing ride loading and unloading procedures, and upholding safety protocols. Your positive attitude and attention to guests needs help ensure a smooth operation and memorable visit for all.

Job Description:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
  • Greet and guide guests, assist with ride boarding and exiting, and maintain proper elevator capacities
  • Monitor guest queues and maintain cleanliness of pre-loading areas
  • Explain safety and loading procedures, ensuring guest understanding and compliance
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Identify and accommodate guests with special needs
  • Report equipment issues or safety concerns to leads, supervisors, or tower dispatchers
  • Consistently follow all operational, safety, and emergency procedures
  • Ensure hourly guest capacity is maintained, and ride traffic is tracked as required
  • Create a fun and welcoming environment that enhances the guest experience
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
  • Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Proven experience providing high level of guest service preferred
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
