What You'll Be Doing
As a Corporate Recruiter I, you'll support hiring efforts across multiple departments while partnering with leaders to identify and attract great talent.
You'll:
✅ Build relationships with hiring managers and learn what success looks like for their teams
✅ Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and support recruitment planning
✅ Manage multiple open positions across assigned departments
✅ Source, screen, and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates
✅ Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications
✅ Provide timely updates and recruiting progress reports to hiring managers
✅ Track candidates accurately through the recruiting process using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
✅ Coordinate interview feedback and help keep the hiring process moving efficiently
✅ Extend offers and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process
✅ Serve as an ACA brand ambassador and help create a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
What Makes You Successful
We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, staying organized, and finding creative ways to solve problems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of recruiting experience preferred
  • Experience working in a corporate environment or a strong desire to build a career in recruiting
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience preferred
  • Ability to learn new technologies and navigate multiple systems effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build relationships and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers

Work Environment and Physical Demands
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday-Friday with some schedule variations as needed.
Travel
This position will require up to 10% travel.
