Ag Leaders are professionals who guide, manage, and make decisions within the agricultural industry. They may work as farm managers, agricultural business executives, or lead teams in agronomy, animal husbandry, or agri-technology sectors. Their responsibilities often include overseeing production, implementing sustainable practices, managing people, and staying informed about technological and regulatory changes. Ag Leaders play a critical role in ensuring efficient, productive, and sustainable agricultural operations.
