As an Exterior Sales Consultant, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to work with warm leads while expanding your customer base. With no limits on commission, your hard work and dedication directly impact your paycheck, providing endless opportunities to maximize your income. Your role will involve attracting new clients, building relationships with existing customers, and closing deals through effective communication, presentation, and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
  • Run warm leads approx. 10 - 12 per week
  • Ability to work unsupervised/self-motivated
  • Build rapport with customers and understand their needs
  • Negotiate and secure successful agreements
  • Ability to get detailed notes/checklists on consultations
  • Attend weekly sales meetings (KPI Reinforcement)
  • Exhibit in Company sponsored Trade/Home Shows
Qualifications
  • 3+ Years of Home Improvement/Construction experience (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable Transportation
