The Financial Specialist is the bridge between prospects and their future financial freedom. This is an Inside Sales position with warm leads provided, NO cold calling is required, allowing you to focus on building relationships, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for our financial advisors.
This role is perfect for someone with 1-3 years of sales or client-facing experience, strong closing skills, and the drive to advance into a financial advisor role. You'll collaborate closely with the advisory team to fill their calendars with high-quality meetings, directly contributing to the firm's growth while building the skills needed for long-term career progression.Responsibilities:
  • Call prospects and schedule appointments for financial advisors.
  • Qualify leads by gathering financial data and assessing prospect needs.
  • Consistently follow up to maintain engagement and maximize conversion.
  • Track progress, including calls made, appointments set, and appointments kept.
  • Represent Guerra professionally during seminars, workshops, and outreach.
  • Keep CRM records up to date with prospect interactions and notes.
  • Work proactively to meet business goals and team performance targets.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and team projects as needed.
  • Pursue ongoing education to enhance financial knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales or closing role (appointment setting preferred).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred (verbal and written).
  • Financial industry experience is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications/licenses (SIE, 2-15, 2-14) are a plus.
  • Active Series 65 required (to obtain within first 6-months of employment)
  • Life & Health (2-14) license required (to obtain within first 6-months of employment)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow professionally.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
  • Team-player mindset with a professional, service-focused attitude.
