We’re seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our Assisted Living community. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who is passionate about resident experience, team development, operational excellence, and community growth.

What You'll Do:  

  • Provide leadership and oversight for all community operations, ensuring efficient daily management and high‑quality resident services
  • Supervise, coach, and develop department leaders and staff, fostering a positive, accountable, and engaged workplace culture
  • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, local, and licensing regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Partner with community relations and department leaders to support occupancy goals, sales initiatives, and resident admissions processes
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to maintain a qualified, high‑performing team
  • Manage the community budget and financial performance, including monitoring expenses, audits, and variance reporting

What You'll Need:  

  • Current California RCFE certification/license required
  • Minimum 5 years of Executive Director experience in senior living
  • ALW experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, operational, financial, and regulatory knowledge
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work holidays, participate in weekend coverage, and respond to community needs as necessary
  • Must be fluent in English
