Automotive Technician – High Pay + Full Training | B & C Level Opportunities | $65K–$100K OTE

Location: Kernersville, NC 27284
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:45 PM | No Weekends
Compensation: $850–$1,000/week base + production bonus | OTE $65K–$100K

  • B-level Tech: Handle most services and light diagnostics
  • C-level Tech: Focus on maintenance including oil changes and tires
  • Work with advanced shop equipment: alignment racks, touchless tire machines, and digital tools
  • Collaborate with a positive, team-oriented crew and provide excellent customer service

Who We're Looking For

  • 2–3+ years general automotive experience (specialty not required)
  • ASE certifications encouraged but not required (training provided)
  • Strong work ethic, team-oriented, positive attitude
  • Must pass background check and drug test; clean driving record required
