Assistant Machine Operator - Laminator - 3rd Shift
Locations Great Lakes Division -Richfield, WI 53076, USA
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
2nd Shift and 3rd Shift $1.50/hour shift differential.

Description
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in set-up of equipment accurately and in accordance with proper and safe setup techniques.
  • Inspect before and after running to ensure that any necessary repairs are made before next run.
  • Minimize material sheet, label, and adhesive waste.
  • Maximize the utilization of equipment by operating the machinery at available capacity and speed.
  • Complete daily and weekly equipment clean-ups.
  • Perform continuous quality control: select material at random to check size, material, print and glue.
  • Abide by all company policies and procedures, including practicing safe work habits.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication.
  • Maintain regular attendance as required by your position.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Prior laminating or experience working with adhesives a plus.
  • Strong ability to read a ruler and understand fractions.
  • Corrugated industry experience preferred.
  • Previous mechanical or manufacturing experience preferred.
