Extrusion Machine Operator- No experience needed
Alliance Plastics is looking for entry level Extrusion Line Operator Technicians for all 3 of our traditional shifts, Monday-Friday. If you are detailed orientated, possessing a strong work ethic and can work with minimal amount of supervision you may be an ideal candidate. Experience not required, we will provide the necessary training with a formal training plan.

Position Summary: Uses general hand tools to set up, run, troubleshoot and tear down plastic extrusion lines. Mixes materials. Uses a variety of measurement and inspection equipment to document and determine proper configuration and performance of our product. Operate powered off line fabrication equipment (saws, punches, drills, routers, etc.). Packages and palletizes finished product. General Housekeeping and responsible for executing all processing activities on an extrusion line. Maintain good attendance per our policy. Willing to work overtime as needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: A high school diploma or the equivalent. A team player possessing good math, mechanical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills. The ability to comprehend written documentation, and use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometer and dedicated check fixtures. Ability to use hand held tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc. Able to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment. A self-starter with an organized approach.

Physical Requirements: Ability to reach overhead, walk, climb, stand, bend, stoop, twisting, lifting, and carrying tooling, packages and materials weighing up to 70 lbs. Able to push and pull pallet jacked carted material weighing up to 1,800 lbs. Frequent mental and visual concentration required for reading prints and measurements.
