Machine Operator - 3nd Shift
Location:
Maxton, North Carolina
Company: We Source
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6:30am

Starting Pay: $14.30 + .50 (shift differential) = $14.80

We're hiring a Machine Operator for our Maxton, NC location. If you have machine operating experience, this is your opportunity to grow with a fast-paced, forward-thinking team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Starts machine and observes operation to detect malfunctions of machine

  • Stops machine and reports malfunction to Line Leader

  • Makes minor adjustments or repairs such as opening valves, changing forming and cutting dies, setting guides or clearing away damaged product containers

  • Inspects packaged containers to ensure that product is packaged according to specification and meet food safety and quality requirements as applicable

**Schedule:**
This is a temporary position for the second shift, typically starting in the late afternoon or early evening and ending late at night. The exact hours may vary based on operational needs.

This is a temporary role for the second shift and may have the potential for extension based on business needs. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to contribute to our packaging operations and support our team during this busy period.
