Cup Machine Operator

Golden State Foods – Conyers, GA | Full-Time | Zone D 1st shift  (7:00 AM- 3:00 PM)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Cup Machine Operator to safely operate dipping cup machines, perform changeovers, monitor product quality, and ensure sanitation and documentation accuracy.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Operate small, large, and round dipping cup machines

• Identify correct film, cups, lids, boxes, and coding

• Change cups, lids, seal pads, blades, and film

• Perform weight adjustments to maintain product weights

• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues

• Complete inspection and downtime documentation

• Clean, sanitize, disassemble, and reassemble equipment (CIP/COP)

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• High school diploma or GED

• 1–3 months of manufacturing or machine operation experience

• Ability to stand/walk 7+ hours

• Ability to lift 25–100 lbs as required

• Ability to work in wet, humid, cold, hot, and noisy environments

THE SCHEDULE & SETTING

• Full-time role in a multi-temp production environment

• Exposure to moving machinery and chemicals

• PPE required
