By relentlessly focusing on disrupting legacy manufacturing techniques with shorter production run enhancements, we aim to be Americaโ€™s #1 branded cup company in the small to medium size customer base.


We are seeking dedicated, reliable mechanically inclined individuals to support the Production Department of Morrison Cup Solutions. This full-time, day shift position offers excellent benefits and a work schedule of Monday-Thursday, with occasional overtime. Enjoy your weekends off!


Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Make plates, mix inks, and understand capabilities for assigned machines
  • Set machines and new jobs as required
  • Adhere to defined machine runtime and speed targets
  • Verify quality print is as expected and matches sample
  • Work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Pay close attention to detail
  • Work with a sense of urgency and timeliness to complete machine setups and jobs
  • Verify print and cup quality is as expected and matches sample and specifications
  • Responsible for tracking production and material usage of iPad
  • Ability to complete minor repairs as required and complete Operator level Preventive Maintenance

The Machine Specialist must possess the following qualities:

  • Have some manufacturing/machine operations experience
  • Dependable (must be at work on time)
  • Must be mechanically inclined
  • Must have basic knowledge of general tools and their uses
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to do simple math
  • Working on Offset printers a plus
  • Pallet jack and forklift experience a plus
  • Flexible work schedule
