Department: Pharmacy

Shift: Remote; travel required

Facility: Saint Francis Hospital

Location: Evanston, IL

The 340B Program Analyst is responsible for daily monitoring and operation of 340B program services. This individual will be involved in testing, evaluating, and reporting activity for the 340B program, working to optimize program benefits in a compliant manner.  The role requires extensive review of data collection and analysis to ensure compliance with 340B regulations and system policies and procedures.


EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

Required qualifications:

  1. High school diploma, GED, or Associate’s degree required.
  2. Current state Pharmacy Technician License.
  3. 3 years of experience as a pharmacy technician required (ideally in a hospital pharmacy setting).
  4. Familiarity with 340B program operations, with an understanding of buyer or inventory coordinator functions required.
  5. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and pharmacy purchasing required.
  6. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred qualification:

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
  2. Ability to navigate EMR systems in acute care and ambulatory care settings, as well as pharmacy management software preferred.
