Automotive Service Advisor – $80K–$100K+ – No Weekends

Location: Medfield, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: Base Salary + GP Bonus Structure
Earning Potential: Base Salary $68,000 (PLUS Weekly GP Bonuses) - Earn over $100k+ Annually with Bonuses!
Pay Schedule: Weekly

Position Summary

Promotive is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for a highly respected, family-owned repair shop in Medfield, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, selling automotive services, and being part of a close-knit team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and build strong relationships through exceptional customer service
  • Create repair estimates and explain recommended services clearly and professionally
  • Sell maintenance and repair services while helping customers prioritize vehicle needs
  • Source and coordinate parts for repairs and scheduled services
  • Communicate effectively with technicians throughout the repair process
  • Monitor repair progress and provide timely updates to customers
  • Maintain accurate records using shop management and digital inspection software
  • Help drive shop performance through strong sales and customer retention

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer
  • Strong sales and customer communication skills
  • Automotive repair knowledge and estimating experience preferred
  • Ability to upsell maintenance and repair services ethically and confidently
  • Experience working in an independent shop or dealership environment
  • ASE certifications preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Positive attitude and strong team-oriented mindset

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary starting around $68,000 plus GP bonus opportunities
  • Total earning potential of $80K–$100K+ annually
