Service Manager - Commercial Roofing - Base Salary to 100k/year - Fargo, ND

  • Our client is an established commercial roofing contractor serving the Fargo market. The company specializes in roofing repair, maintenance, replacement, and sheet metal solutions for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities. They are known for their commitment to customer service, quality workmanship, and long-term client relationships.
  • They are seeking a Service Manager to help build and expand their Service Division. This role is responsible for leading daily service operations, driving customer satisfaction, supporting department growth, and ensuring profitable execution of service, repair, maintenance, and small re-roof projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the Service Department.
  • Oversee service, repair, maintenance, and small re-roof projects from initial customer contact through project completion.
  • Coordinate scheduling of service crews and resources to ensure timely project execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction on all service projects.
  • Monitor department performance, project progress, and service delivery standards.
  • Collaborate with customers, field personnel, and internal teams to address roofing issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Support the growth and expansion of the Service Division through strong operational leadership and customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Must have commercial roofing experience.
  • Must have knowledge of EPDM and TPO roofing systems.
