Position Overview
The Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations for this new opening and serve as a key member of the leadership team. Key Responsibilities
• Lead all culinary aspects of the opening process, including menu development, kitchen setup, staffing, training, and operational readiness
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing culinary team through hands-on leadership and professional development
• Develop and execute innovative seasonal menus while maintaining consistency, quality, and profitability
• Establish SOPs, prep systems, sanitation standards, and operational procedures to support long-term success
