Apply to the role that best matches your skills, interests, and career goals. If you’re early in your career, we recommend the internship or new grad positions over the experienced hire jobs, as these are specifically designed for you.
  • Internship roles: For students who will return to school with at least one year remaining after the internship.
  • New grad roles: For candidates who have already graduated or will graduate within the next year.
If you’re unsure which track is the best fit, you’ll have the chance to discuss options with a recruiter during the process.
Our process is the same for interns and new grads, with new grads completing one additional round. It typically begins with a coding assessment, followed by a conversation with a recruiter about your background and career goals. Next, you’ll complete a technical interview and a final round—both featuring live coding with a ZipRecruiter engineer as you share your screen. For new grads, the final round is also archetype-specific.
We offer a mix of in-person, hybrid, and remote opportunities depending on the role, level, and team. Summer internships and New Grad positions are in-person in our beautiful Santa Monica office.
Yes, we sponsor work visas for eligible roles. If you’d like to learn more, let your recruiter know during the process, and they’ll walk you through the details.
Yes, after six months. We encourage you to reapply when your skills and interests align with an open role. We know growth takes time, and sometimes the right opportunity comes a little later.
If you need accommodations at any point in the interview process, let your recruiter know. We’ll work with you to understand your needs and explore reasonable options so you can have the best possible experience. And if you’re not sure what to ask for, we’ll help you think through what might work best.
