Job description

What You'll Do:

  • Promote and raise awareness of Ohio 529 CollegeAdvantage through schools, libraries, and other venues that reach parents and grandparents statewide.
  •        Work with schools, childcare centers, and libraries to raise awareness of Ohio 529 with parents, grandparents, library patrons, and others.
  •        Promote Ohio 529 to staff in schools and libraries and to related professional associations, non-profits, and other community groups across Ohio.
  •        Support the agency and teammates in reaching annual agency goals and raise awareness of Ohio 529, CollegeAdvantage

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Related field, or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years experience in banking/finance, sales, or public/community relations
  • Demonstrated public speaking and communication skills
  • Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with school outreach and/or community outreach 
  • Familiarity with financial service products
  • Event planning and staffing experience
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams to execute and achieve goals
