SOLUTIONS Staffing is looking for a people-focused person, with management or supervisory experience to Manage/Supervise our West Columbus office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team, building client relationships, and helping people find jobs that fit their qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support branch staff
  • Assist Staff with recruiting, interviewing, and setting up people for jobs
  • Build friendly relationships with clients
  • Provide excellent customer service and smooth branch operations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous Leadership or Management experience and the ability to deal with a variety of personalities
  • Any restaurant or Hospitality Supervisory/Management or other service industry experience
  • Staffing experience desired/not required
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
