Remote Administrative Specialist (Procore & Construction Finance)
 
Location: 100% Remote (U.S. Based)
Pay: $22.00 - 25.00 per hour
Status: Part-Time (5–10 hours/week)
About the Role
Our client is a commercial window treatment company looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to handle of our project documentation and billing.
This is a highly flexible role designed for someone who wants to supplement their income. You do not need to work the same hours every day; as long as deadlines are met, you can work whenever it fits your schedule. If you have a full-time job or other commitments, we are happy to work around them.
Key Responsibilities
  • Procore Management: Navigating the platform to manage project documentation and communications.
  • Insurance Coordination: Communicating and managing Certificates of Insurance (COI) between our providers and various OCIP/CCIP programs.
  • Billing & Pay Apps: Preparing and submitting monthly Progress Billings (Pay Apps) to General Contractors.
  • Schedule of Values (SOV): Developing and updating SOVs for new and ongoing commercial projects.
Required Qualifications
  1. Procore or similar Power-User: You must have significant, hands-on experience with Procore or other similar payment applicationsin a commercial construction setting.
  2. Insurance Savvy: Deep understanding of COIs, OCIPs, and CCIPs. You should know how to bridge the gap between our insurance and the specific requirements of a large-scale project.
  3. Financial Literacy: Proven experience submitting Pay Apps and managing SOVs for GCs.
  4. Self-Starter: Since this is remote and flexible, you must be someone who can manage their own desk without being chased for updates.
  5. Proficiency in Textura software – used in the Construction industry
