  • Engage with prospects to understand their challenges, goals, and IT needs.
  • Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline through referrals, COIs, direct outreach, cold call outbound tool, networking, and local business community involvement.
  • Drive qualified opportunities through proactive outreach, including calls, emails, onsite visits, and industry events.
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls and presentations to convert leads into sales opportunities, partnering with technical resources for deeper technical discovery when needed.
  • Develop tailored proposals that align with client goals and emphasize ROI, with support from the account management team.
  • Upon successful closure, collaborate with the service delivery team to ensure a seamless handoff and onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Work with Marketing to align outreach efforts with campaigns and event-driven leads.
  • Stay informed on Network Essentials' service and product offerings and actively pursue professional growth to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • 3+ years of experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in technology consulting or IT managed services.
