Keys to the Position
1.           At least 5-7 years of desktop and conference room support experience
2.           Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as this person will be working directly with business users
3.           Must strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
4.           Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook
5.           Must have experience joining SIP-enabled conference rooms
6.           Experience setting up lavaliere mics, putting presentations on screens, joining WebexTeams meetings, and other common large meeting support skills
7.           A plus would be a good working knowledge and experience with ServiceNow
8.           Desktop support with AV experience
9.           5 days a week onsite
10.        8 – 5 coverage or 8:30 to 5:30 – flexible.  
11.        Experience with Cisco, Teams, and Crestron would be helpful.

• Experience working within ITIL-based support organizations
• Incident, request, and problem management

Will be working onsite in the Radnor, PA office 5 days per week
This role engages directly with the firm's business partners in support of their workflow processes. This individual will think strategically and provide a robust technology platform for these professionals in the office, offsite and while mobile. Ensuring quick and efficient resolution of technology related problems is critical as is project management skills, strong technical knowledge and expertise, and ability to work with vendors (Microsoft, Dell, etc.) to promptly resolve issues.
This individual needs to work with minimal direct guidance and work effectively in a strong team environment with a deep sense of ownership and urgency. High stress situations involving problem diagnosis, business communication, and issue resolution must be handled with determination, effectiveness and grace.
In addition to working with a seasoned team that has built trusting relationships with the business teams, this role interacts closely with application support teams, engineering teams, and infrastructure teams across the IT department.
Responsibilities
•             Support all aspects of the end user computing platform and technology service delivery for business professionals.
•             Advance our customized support model designed to provide the highest level of service delivery to the business community.
•             Employ problem-solving skills on inquiries and issues that arise as part of the day-to-day business workflow.
•             Drive for issue prevention by employing root-cause analysis, issue tracking, trend analysis and status reporting.
•             Take point on escalating issues with vendors, ensuring proper urgency and effort is taken with each case.
•             Coordinate with vendors to provide maintenance and repairs, moves and equipment exchanges.
•             Support the offices conference rooms, including calling in maintenance requests, and working closely with our Boston-based Conference Room Support team and global Unified Communication Group.
