  • Execute server deployments, system migrations, IAM configurations, and Microsoft 365 cloud engagements; from planning through completion with precision and accountability.
  • Plan and manage user data migrations and access provisioning, ensuring seamless transitions, minimal disruption, and security compliance.
  • Deploy and configure backup and disaster recovery solutions to protect servers, workstations, and public cloud data.

Network Infrastructure:

  • Plan and implement network infrastructure builds, migrations, and changes for clients, ensuring solutions are robust, secure, and tailored to business needs.

  • Apply security best practices across endpoints, servers, and network infrastructure, balancing protection with system performance and usability.
  • Support client compliance efforts by identifying vulnerabilities and recommending remediation aligned with industry security standards.

Collaboration & Documentation:

  • Work closely with clients and team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate infrastructure documentation and audit customer networks to support ongoing improvement.
  • Audit customer environments and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and security.

Advanced Troubleshooting:

  • Diagnose and resolve sophisticated network and server issues, always applying a cybersecurity-first approach.
  • Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and servers (Windows and MacOS) with hands-on expertise.

Client-Facing Support:

  • Deliver direct technical support to clients, ensuring their technology operates smoothly and securely.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in technical support, network and server management, and systems engineering, with increasing technical responsibility.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and interact professionally with clients.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with:
