Job description

About Us

Original Composites and Fibers is a global leader in glass reinforcement solutions for the composites industry. Recently separated from Owens Corning, we now operate independently under the Praana ownership model, continuing a strong legacy of innovation, manufacturing excellence, and customer partnership.

With more than 4,000 employees worldwide, we are committed to redefining whatโ€™s possible through a performance-driven culture centered on safety, quality, sustainability, inclusiveness, and employee development. Guided by our values of passion, ownership, and team spirit, we work together to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional service across the globe.

About the Role

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Lead to support and evolve our infrastructure environment across U.S. operations. Based in Granville, Ohio, this role will play a key part in delivering reliable, secure, and scalable IT services while supporting a broader infrastructure transformation program.

The information technology environment supporting our new company is being built from the ground up in terms of IT infrastructure and applications with the opportunity to leverage new technologies and new ways of thinking as we look to end a transition services agreement associated with the acquisition as soon as possible. Our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) landscape is comprised of multiple instances across the globe. We seek to consolidate and simplify our ERP landscape to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our operations for decades ahead.
All IT team members may be assigned IT Engineering responsibilities, focused on designing, building, and maintaining technology systems that support business operations. These assignments ensure secure connectivity, scalable platforms, and reliable data flow to enable efficient production, supply chain management, and enterprise-wide digital transformationโ€”especially during the separation from Owens Corning. Roles may be temporary or ongoing and can include direct ownership of IT service delivery for one or more manufacturing plants.

IT Engineering (As Assigned)
  • Own IT service delivery for assigned manufacturing sites, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring operational excellence
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver IT services aligned with business needs during organizational transitions, including separation activities
  • Participate in the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and reliable technology solutions that support core business operations and digital transformation
  • Ensure manufacturing connectivity and data flow across enterprise systems, enabling efficient production and supply chain processes

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5โ€“10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems, or network engineering roles, including experience supporting multi-site environments
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Windows environments, networking fundamentals, and identity services (Active Directory)
  • Experience supporting and leading infrastructure efforts across multiple locations or complex environments
  • Demonstrated ability to own and drive infrastructure service delivery, including troubleshooting, escalation management, and operational accountability
  • Experience contributing to or leading infrastructure design decisions, particularly in hybrid or cloud-enabled environments
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments is preferred

  • Experience with Zero Trust architecture or Zero Trust implementation is preferred
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions is preferred, including exposure to platforms such as Saviynt or similar technologies

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate independently and prioritize across competing demands
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders, including vendors and global teams
