Job Summary:

The Director of IT Infrastructure leads and oversees APPI, Integrations, CI/CD, Database, Core Infrastructure, Platform, with accountability for advancing secure, reliable, and scalable technology services. This leadership role also drives digital transformation initiatives, modernizes technology platforms, strengthens disaster recovery and resilience capabilities, and brings practical knowledge of AI/ML-enabled solutions to improve operational efficiency, insight, and service delivery across the organization.

Job Specifications:  

  • Starting Wage: $150,000 - $180,000 + Annual Bonus + Equity 
  • Employment Type: Year Round

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead digital transformation efforts across infrastructure and integration domains, modernizing platforms, processes, and service delivery to better align technology capabilities with business strategy.
  • Develop and mentor leaders across technical teams, building organizational capability, succession strength, accountability, and a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Drive modernization of APPI and integration capabilities, incorporating automation and AI/ML-informed approaches where appropriate to improve interoperability, decision-making, and service performance.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align IT infrastructure strategies with business goals, drive technological innovation, and safeguard organizational assets.
  • Ensure the stability, security, performance, and resilience of network infrastructure, enterprise platform services, and telecom systems, including robust disaster recovery planning and recovery readiness.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain the integrity and security of IT systems.
  • Manage budget, resources, and vendor relationships to optimize IT infrastructure operations and support business growth.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience leading digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives across complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of system integration, APPI technologies, and emerging AI/ML capabilities relevant to infrastructure, operations, and service improvement.
  • Strong background in observability, monitoring, and automation, with the ability to leverage telemetry, alerting, and workflow automation to improve reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrated success in developing leaders, mentoring technical teams, and building high-performing organizations.
  • Strong technical expertise in infrastructure operations, enterprise platforms, disaster recovery strategy, planning, and execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align IT infrastructure with business goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement

The expected pay range is $150,000 - $180,000 + Annual Bonus + Equity. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
