Job Summary:
True Anomaly is a company focused on delivering capabilities for space superiority. They are seeking an IT-focused Senior Technical Program Manager to drive execution across a diverse portfolio including enterprise IT, infrastructure, and SaaS programs while ensuring alignment and clarity across teams.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Own end-to-end program management for assigned initiatives, from intake through delivery, including milestone tracking, dependency management, risk identification, and stakeholder communication
โ€ข Support team operational rhythms: meeting cadences, backlog health, status reporting, and cross-team coordination
โ€ข Work with IT leads on effort estimation, task decomposition, and resource alignment; surface conflicts before they become delivery problems
โ€ข Manage cross-functional dependencies with IT, GRC, facilities, vendors, and external stakeholders as required
โ€ข Maintain current program visibility for leadership, milestone-oriented and risk-flagged
โ€ข Flex across IT domains as priorities shift; bring the same execution rigor to an infrastructure refresh as to an ITSM process overhaul
โ€ข Partner with the PMO Lead on roadmap planning and steering: prioritization, capacity planning, and plan maintenance
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 7+ years of technical program management experience in enterprise IT, infrastructure, IT service management, or regulated environments
โ€ข Prior experience as an IT engineer, systems administrator, or technical operations role before transitioning to IT management or technical program management
โ€ข Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent work streams with cross-functional dependencies and external stakeholders
โ€ข Strong Jira or equivalent proficiency; ability to build and maintain structured tracking across multi-team portfolios
โ€ข Comfortable operating where scope, priorities, and assignments shift with portfolio demand
โ€ข Clear, direct communicator; able to simplify complex status for executive audiences and push back when warranted
โ€ข U.S. citizen and eligible for DoD Secret or TS/SCI clearance.
โ€ข Ability to maintain or obtain a security clearance (clearable required)
Preferred:
โ€ข Experience across more than one IT domain: endpoint management, network infrastructure, identity and access management, or IT service operations
โ€ข Hands-on enterprise IT experience, either in an IT operations capacity or delivering infrastructure and toolchain projects
โ€ข Familiarity with IT operations in a defense, aerospace, or regulated environment enough to engage credibly with technical teams and manage their work
โ€ข Familiarity with NIST RMF, FedRAMP, or federal compliance environments
โ€ข Experience in defense technology, aerospace, or DoD contractor environments
