Job description

OVERVIEW:
Work independently and alongside the IT department to design, maintain, support, and monitor the IT infrastructure for Encore's offices and job sites.
Compensation for the Role: $120,000 - $150,000 depending of experience
PLEASE NOTE: this role is based full-time at our office in Lakewood, CO with some requirements for travel to other offices. No remote candidates will be accepted.
General Responsibilities:

Specific Responsibilities:
  • Architect, supervise, and participate in the implementation of technologies and platforms supporting the data, security, and voice infrastructure.
  • Ensure availability of enterprise infrastructure that support internal employee business functions and external customer communications.
  • Troubleshoot and remediate 3rd and 4th level support issues impacting the operation of the corporate data and voice infrastructure.
  • Mentoring responsibilities
  • Serve as one of the primary points of contact for service providers and coordinate circuit design, provisioning, installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Document the design, operation, and troubleshooting of technology platforms and procedures.
  • Plan, design, implement, and continuously improve disaster recovery procedures
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of current infrastructure and future trends
  • Interact and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, distributors, and contract consultants
  • Maintain the necessary project plans and documentation for system builds and modifications
  • Monitor systems and identify performance issues proactively
  • Propose new IT services and solutions to the end users and the senior management team

  • Expertise in Active Directory Domain Services including Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Sites & Services and supporting infrastructure.
  • Experience managing Microsoft Office 365 back-end infrastructure including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive for Business

REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of experience in IT systems administration, along with relevant industry certifications such as MCSE or MCSA. A degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or equivalent hands-on experience is required. This role also requires the ability to work independently, apply sound judgment, and make decisions that align with the needs and priorities of the organization
