Position Overview
I am a local State Farm Insurance Agent in Columbus, Ohio, seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Life Insurance Specialist. If you enjoy working closely with people and are passionate about helping clients protect their families and secure their financial futures, this role is an excellent opportunity for you. As a Life Insurance Specialist, you will work directly with clients to assess their needs, provide expert guidance on life insurance products, and develop personalized solutions. Responsibilities
  • Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based approach to educate clients on insurance options and solutions.
  • Generate leads, schedule appointments, and assess customer needs to effectively promote suitable products and services.
  • Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve targeted agency objectives.
Qualifications
  • In-person position based at our office in Columbus, Ohio
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail
  • Proven ability to build client rapport and foster lasting relationships
  • Effective team player with leadership capabilities
  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
  • Willingness and ability to obtain Property and Casualty License
  • Willingness and ability to obtain Life and Health License
  • Willingness and ability to obtain FINRA Series 7 and 63 Licenses
Compensation
  • Base pay $40,000 - $60,000
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Our top earners make over $100,000 annually
  • Receive bonuses based on performance and agency goals
