We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Technician to join our production team on the early morning shift. This role is responsible for ensuring that all products meet our food safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the production process. The ideal candidate brings hands-on food manufacturing experience, a strong foundation in HACCP principles, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

  • 3+ years of quality control or food safety experience in a meat processing, food manufacturing, or similarly regulated environment
  • Working knowledge of HACCP principles; HACCP certification preferred
  • Familiarity with SQF, BRC, or equivalent food safety management systems
  • Experience with GMP compliance and regulatory documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to make sound decisions under time pressure
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment
  • Reliable and punctual — this role requires consistent early morning availability (shift starts between 4:00–5:00 AM)
  • Basic computer proficiency for data entry and recordkeeping
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a cold/refrigerated production environment
