Quality Control Technician

Pay Rate: $20.75 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous quality control experience, be comfortable using technology, and be willing to work in a cold warehouse environment to ensure our products meet quality and food safety standards.


Available Shifts

  • 1st Shift: 4:00 AM start
  • 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM start

Responsibilities

  • Inspect fresh produce to ensure it meets company quality standards.
  • Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
  • Document inspection results accurately using tablets and computer systems.
  • Enter and maintain data in Microsoft Excel.
  • Identify and report quality concerns to supervisors.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality procedures.
  • Work effectively in a refrigerated/cold environment.


Qualifications

  • Previous Quality Control experience is required.
  • Produce industry experience is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with tablets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work in a cold environment for extended periods.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
