Job description

Dev10 is currently seeking Software Developers for a paid training and employment opportunity with our cohort starting Monday, November 10, 2025. This is a direct hire position requiring relocation anywhere in the United States. Dev10 provides a pathway for motivated learners with a foundation in technical skills or professional experience to launch a career in Software Development.

This program offers paid, immersive training in technologies including Java, IntelliJ, MySQL, Spring, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST, and React, followed by a two-year client project experience. Responsibilities: Participate in 3-4 months of paid, immersive training to build technical skills needed from the ground up Receive mentorship and instruction from Senior Engineers in a hands-on environment Complete two years of client project experience as a Dev10 consultant after training Requirements: Willingness to relocate anywhere in the continental United States Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship Bachelor's degree Minimum 6 months of programming experience from academic coursework, hands-on projects, or professional work in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, C, C#, C++, JavaScript, R, SQL, MATLAB, Mathematica, TypeScript, Shell scripting, Go, or Kotlin A recent STEM degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline) OR 12+ months of professional work experience in finance, healthcare, banking, insurance, hospitality, or aviation Desired skills: Passion for learning and interest in Software Development Strong logic and reasoning skills Clear communication and collaboration abilities Team-oriented mindset Pay range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Dev10 employees will be considered for this position.
