Job description

Registered Nurse – Surgical Oncology

Schedule - Shift Windows: 06:30–17:00, 06:30–19:00, 10:30–20:30 - Days of Week: Monday–Friday primary; includes rotation of days and evenings

Assignment Details - Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Requirements - Minimum 2 years of RN experience required - Valid RN license in hand at time of submission - BCLS/BLS certification required - EPIC charting experience required - Preferred: Circulating and scrub experience; ACLS and CNOR certifications

Roles & Responsibilities - Provide nursing care to surgical oncology patients in a high-volume setting. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated cancer care. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. - Monitor patient needs and document care accurately in the charting system. - Assist in complex surgical procedures, including free flaps and robotic-assisted surgeries.

Compliance / Notes - Strict credentialing/fingerprinting deadline: Tuesday prior to start; fingerprints must be completed urgently after contract signing. - Two professional references are required; at least one must be a manager or formal supervisor. - Failure to respond/cooperate with credentialing may result in push/cancel. - Return-to-office (RTO) requirements must be included with submission.
