The Sales / Marketing Coordinator drives brand visibility, lead generation, and sales enablement. This role is responsible for multichannel marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, deepen client relationships, and generate leads for new business.

Responsibilities:
1. Execute Marketing Strategy
a. Maintain marketing calendar with content and events.
b. Track spending against annual BD Budget.
c. Track leads with BD Manager to evaluate ROI of marketing efforts.
2. Create and Manage Digital Content
a. Plan and manage content for the company website (including all landing pages, project profiles, lead generators, and the blog) with a focus on SEO. This also includes keeping Google Business profile up to date.
b. Plan and manage email campaigns to current and prospective clients and partners.
c. Plan and manage social media content, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
3. CRM & List Maintenance
a. Coordinate with Account Executives to keep CRM contact information up to date for account management.
b. Manage contact lists for nurture email campaigns.
c. Capture contact information from website conversion events for cold contact lists.
4. Sales Process Support
a. Assist with CRM maintenance.
b. Assist in preparing proposals, budgets, presentations, and other sales documents. Maintain proposal templates and update as needed.
c. Create reports for KPIs within the CRM for weekly review with BD team.
5. Create Collateral
a. Plan and manage the production of a variety of marketing collateral, such as brochures, booklets, business cards, pens, stress balls, and flyers.
b. Design and order uniform logo wear for office staff.
c. Direct photography for project profiles and staff headshots.
6. Organize & Execute Events
a. Plan and execute events for clients – marketing, sales, and / or appreciation.
b. Plan and execute internal events (i.e. summer family outing, holiday party).
