Job description

Job Title:- Regional BD Manager.
Job Location:- Houston, TX. (Fully Remote )

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market presence.

  • Manage key accounts and generate new business within chemical, petrochemical, and downstream refining markets.

  • Spend the majority of time in direct customer engagement to identify and close opportunities.

  • Collaborate with engineering, estimating, and operations teams to develop competitive proposals.

  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and proposals using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).

  • Travel approximately 30–40%.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of technical or capital equipment sales experience.

  • Strong background in fabricated metal products or process equipment.

  • Proven success in new business development and consultative selling.

  • Knowledge of chemical, petrochemical, or refining industries.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Must be based in or near Houston, TX.
