Part-Time Substitute Shuttle Driver
Easton Coach Company is seeking a reliable Part-Time Substitute Shuttle Driver to provide coverage for morning and afternoon commuter shuttle routes as needed. This is an on-call position with no guaranteed hours. Substitute drivers are contacted when coverage is needed due to vacations, absences, increased service demands, or other operational needs.
Job Responsibilities

• Provide substitute coverage for scheduled shuttle routes on an as-needed basis.
• Safely transport passengers on commuter shuttle routes throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Follow all company, DOT, and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations staff regarding availability and route assignments.

Requirements

• Valid CDL with Passenger ("P") Endorsement required.
• Air Brake Endorsement required.
• Clean driving record.
• Must be 24 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening.
• Professional appearance and strong customer-service skills.
• Availability to work morning and/or afternoon shifts on short notice when coverage is needed.
