Job Description:
 
• Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems
• Develop test scenarios based on the business stories/requirements
• Design, develop and maintains scalable test automation scripts/frameworks using Expresso (Android) and XCUITest (IOS)
• Test and certify business features using iOS Simulator, Android Emulator and physical iOS and Android devices
• Integrates frameworks with CI/CD pipelines. (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions for continuous testing.)
• Writes, integrates, manages, and executes Gherkin scenarios using tools such as Cucumber BDD, Maven, Appium, XCODE, and Android Studio, specifically for the Chase Mobile application
• Collaborates with product and design team to ensure mobile apps meet ADA accessibility standards and works closely with developers to triage and resolve issues quickly
• Identifies, documents, and tracks bugs using tools like JIRA, providing clear and reproducible steps
• Codes, test, and implements high quality Java/Selenium programs for automation of highly complex enterprise application system, running complex workflow engine and rich GUI, working as part of a global Agile team
• Gathers, analyzes, synthesizes, and develops visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems
• Proactively identifies hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture
• Contributes to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies
• Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect
 
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
 
• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
• Proficient in coding in programming languages and tools to write test scripts, such as: Java, Kotlin, Swift, Kotlin, JavaScript,React, Cucumber, Cypress
• Experience writing automation scripts using espresso and XCUI.
• Attention to detail and ability to meticulously document test results and defects in tracking tools, such as Jira
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers
• Hands-on experience in Analytics testing using Data watch and experience with Accessibility Testing (ADA WCAG 2.1 Checkpoints)
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD), such as Jenkins, Maven, Gradle
• Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
• Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as Application Resiliency, and Security
• Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
