Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Front-End Web Designer/Developer to support UX design, front-end development, and accessibility initiatives for enterprise web applications and websites. The role focuses on creating accessible, user-friendly web interfaces, maintaining design consistency across platforms, and supporting integrations with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive web UI components and prototypes.
  • Build accessible web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent user experiences.
  • Support integrations with enterprise platforms such as SAP, ServiceNow, and SharePoint.
  • Conduct accessibility testing and ensure compliance with WCAG standards.
  • Deliver training sessions and user support for developed applications and tools.
 
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid, theming).
  • 3+ years of Vue.js development.
  • Experience with reactive state management and web performance optimization.
  • Strong understanding of UX design principles and accessibility (WCAG 2.2+).
  • Experience with website accessibility testing and semantic HTML.
  • Integration experience with enterprise systems (SAP, ServiceNow, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Exposure to AI-assisted development and workflow automation.
 
Preferred Skills
  • Design systems and component library architecture.
  • Vite or other modern front-end build tools.
