Where does a residence manager work?

This job title can apply to a few different types of facilities that house people, including schools, universities, group homes, safe houses, and more. It is common in facilities that serve people with developmental disabilities as well, like adult foster care homes. The term may also refer to those at facilities that serve the homeless or drug rehab patients. Residence managers should not be confused with resident managers, however, who primarily work for apartment complexes and hotels. While you may have overlapping duties with this career, they could not be more different.
