Where do saxophone teachers work?

Saxophone teachers can work in a classroom setting from the elementary to high school level, especially in schools with larger music programs. Sometimes, as a sax player, you can create a playing clinic to help students improve outside the regular classroom hours. If you work with a marching band, you can expect to work outdoors. Private teachers, meanwhile, can set up a studio, work out of their home, or travel to students’ homes. You can also work at music stores that offer instrument lessons.
