Where do educational therapists work?

Educational therapists work in many different settings. Many educational therapists open up their own practice and work from their home or office. Other educational therapists are hired as part of a larger practice and work with other educational therapists in a clinical setting. Some educational therapists work directly for a school or school district and are on-hand to support the students on that campus. Others may work for learning centers or educational agencies. These educational therapists may work with a student while simultaneously conducting research and working on discipline-related literature.
