Where do district managers work?

Career: District Manager

Some District Managers spend much of their time in the corporate office, analyzing data, reviewing profit figures, and determining innovative new ways to attract customers. But you also visit each location regularly, checking in with staff and ensuring each site follows company guidelines. When there are staff openings, you may be directly involved in hiring new employees, interviewing candidates on site, and discussing the staffing needs with each location manager. Many companies also send District Managers to corporate training sessions at corporate headquarters or conventions, which may be local or out of state.
