What can I expect during my first few months as a no experience paralegal?

A paralegal with no experience performs duties that support the operation of a law firm or lawyer’s office. As an entry-level member of a law firm, you may undergo training or receive guidance from other staff. The responsibilities of new paralegals include performing administrative tasks, contacting clients to collect information on behalf of the firm’s attorneys, learning to draft legal documents, and performing research. You may perform other support tasks and general office duties as needed. You work in an office setting, but you may sometimes have to travel to interview clients or attend court with the attorneys whom you assist.
