What does a no experience civil engineer do?

As a civil engineer, you focus on designing, building, supervising, and maintaining infrastructure and public works projects. Your responsibilities in this field can also include research, feasibility studies for development projects, and project planning. Entry-level civil engineers sometimes draft plans or work in the field to assess soil, oversee surveying operations, and define environmental factors and risks associated with a project. You may also be responsible for collecting data to help with budgeting. Entry-level civil engineers typically work under senior professional engineers (PEs). The projects you work on may include bridges and roads, airports, railroads, and other infrastructure projects.
