What is an Adult RBT?

An Adult RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) works with adults with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges, using applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to improve daily living skills and independence. They implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support skill development, communication, and positive behaviors.
