The job of an RPA sensor operator involves using high-tech equipment to provide surveillance from the sky, including real-time damage assessment during a war. Your responsibilities revolve around using a remotely piloted aircraft (RPA). Your main duties include tracking and monitoring various targeted objects and conducting procedures such as Special Instructions (SPINS), Air Tasking Orders (ATO), Rules of Engagement (ROE), and more. Qualifications required include a high school diploma or GED certificate, normal color vision, 7.5 weeks of basic military training, and being between the ages of 17-39. While flight experience isn’t required, it is beneficial.
