What is a marketing representative?

A marketing representative promotes their company’s products or services. They increase brand awareness and maintain a positive brand image. As a marketing representative, your job duties may include developing marketing materials, running promotional activities, and performing market research. Most marketing representatives also interact directly with clients to educate them on the products and services your company offers. You often collaborate with other departments within the organization, most commonly the sales department, to develop production and sales goals.
