What is light housekeeping?

Light housekeeping describes any small, relatively simple tasks or chores around the home. Your responsibilities in a light housekeeping career include vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, and other cleaning duties. Light housekeeping may also include runnings errands for another person, watering plants, helping someone to organize their home or office, or grocery shopping. The general goal of light housekeeping is to keep a living space clean and orderly when your client is unable to do so, whether it is an elderly or disabled client or someone who is too busy to complete all of their home care tasks.
