What does an entry level UX designer do?

An entry-level UX designer helps design products that provide a positive customer or user experience. Their responsibilities often include working with elements of design, function, branding, and usability. Other duties of an entry-level UX designer include modifying information architecture to improve user interface (UI), creating wireframes, digital prototyping, and product testing. Someone in this position, also referred to as a junior designer, works under the supervision of an experienced designer to gain skills and professional experience. The qualifications you need to become an entry-level UX designer vary, but often include training or a postsecondary degree in computer science or a relevant field.
