What does a wheel alignment technician do?

A wheel alignment technician works on a variety of vehicles to dismount and remount tires and align the wheel system to ensure a safe driving experience. In this role, your responsibilities are to analyze the wheels and tires on each vehicle, conduct necessary services such as changing and rotating tires, and align the wheels per manufacturer specifications. You also perform inspections to test the safety of the vehicle and to ensure alignment was done correctly. Wheel alignment technicians may also speak with customers to learn more about their needs and sign them up for services.
