What does a weekend flight attendant do?

Flight attendants enjoy an exciting, flexible career, traveling to cities around the globe and meeting tons of interesting people. However, the role also has its challenges, so be prepared to deal with stressful situations and think on your feet. As a flight attendant, your schedule varies. Since airlines fly round the clock, you may work overnight or exclusively on Saturday and Sunday. As a weekend flight attendant, your responsibilities include helping passengers enter and exit the plane, seeing to their needs before takeoff and while in flight, ensuring their safety, and helping the airline manage its flight routes and schedules. You also ensure that airplane staff follows FAA regulations.
