What does a virtual HR manager do?

As a virtual HR manager, your duties are to oversee hiring practices and benefits packages for employees at a company from a remote location. In consultation with upper management and other departments, HR managers drive compensation, benefits, and hiring policies for the company, and your responsibilities are to train HR analysts and specialists and help them implement these policies. Based on your consultation with other managers and your own department’s research, you recommend changes in policies that may help the company remain competitive with other firms in your industry and provide the best possible incentives to hire and retain employees.
